Want to get your heart pumping and the sweat rolling during Live Well Willoughby? Then this class is for you. You don’t need a partner, but feel free to bring one. The workout will have the following flow:
- We will begin at 10:30 am with a 15-20 minute station-style warm-up.
- Depending on the class size, we will split up into 3-4 groups and rotate the warm-up stations.
- Each warm-up station will focus on a specific movement in the workout to prepare the individual for proper execution.
- The workout will be 20-30 minutes long We will end the class with a 15-minute cool-down and stretching session
These classes are for EVERYONE. Our aim is to help develop and increase base fitness capacities and well-rounded abilities through functional movement patterns. Think you can’t do a movement? Think again. Every movement is able to be modified to your personal fitness level. New participants will be partnered with a current gym member Fitness and Performance options will be offered to show scalability.
