The Bar Athletics is hosting a FREE Community Workout on Saturday September 22nd at 9am in the Willoughby Brewing Co. parking lot. Come get your fitness on and refuel with some delicious new brunch options afterwards! The workout will involve our 4 Fundamental Movements: Hinge, Squat, Push, and Pull. Get your heart racing, blood flowing, and sweat dripping during a fun Obstacle Course Race-style workout!

When: Saturday September 22nd
8:45am (To sign waiver), Workout begins promptly at 9am and will run until 10am
Where: Willoughby Brewing Company parking lot
(Contingency plan→ If inclement weather arises, we will perform the workout at The Bar Athletics followed by brunch at Willoughby Brew Co.)
